We manage and lease any residential or commercial property from Doral South, and West of SR 826 (The Palmetto). We also cover Coral Gables and Pinecrest. We are not able to provide a client with the proper level of service if the property is located too far from our office which is in Kendall. It makes no difference if the property is multi-family, a single house, townhouse, condo, warehouse, office, shopping center, et. al. We do not manage associations.

We are a husband and wife team with more than thirty (30) years experience and active involvement in general business as well as both the commercial and residential real estate industries. Over time, our clients have impressed upon us that the primary objective should be, and is the preservation of the value of the asset. To do this we have developed our own criteria for screening tenants.
