1991 - Present: President, AnaLar International Realty, Corp.
Broker for AIRC responsible for operations of the brokerage with specific
attention to commercial sales and leasing, property management, and marketing.
In this capacity I have brokered more deals for Wendy's International than
any other broker in South Florida. I am responsible for all commercial
activity in addition to supporting residential real estate activities.
In 20 years of activity my name has become known to most users of small
parcels. In this capacity as a specialist on commercial real estate and
especially small parcels I am considered amongst the most knowledgeable
in sites between Vero Beach and Key West. AnaLar is a 2 person office.
As such my duties include oversight and hands on responsibility for all
systems, procedures, marketing and legal support.
1994 - 1995: V.P. Southeast Property Management Co; Commercial
Real Estate Broker specializing in sales and ground leasing of small parcels.
1988 - 1994: V.P. Retail Marketing Division; Commercial Real
Estate Broker; ComReal Miami, Inc; Sales and Leasing of Retail Property.
Same functions that were discharged at Southeast Property Management.
Joined Southeast because of better opportunities and better share of
commissions.
1987 - 1988: V.P. Catalfumo Management and Investment;
This company had grown rapidly with interests in shopping centers,
commercial land, office-warehouse parks, mobile home parks, office
buildings, and land. The owner and only executive had created this mini
empire with only his knowledge as a contractor; i.e., without any
knowledge of systems and procedures, or the more subtle necessities of
business. In actuality he was using a $0.10 page stationery store lease.
I was responsible for creating everything required for the control and
operation of the management and development company. I had direct authority
over, and responsibility for all company operations which included evaluation
of market opportunities, construction coordination and follow through,
leasing, TI coordination, rent collection, tenant relations and physical
plant maintenance. Hired, trained and supervised leasing agents, wrote
addendums and lease modifications, conducted and assisted in lease
negotiations, established rental rates and conducted market studies,
supervised maintenance personnel and repair contractors.
1985 - 1987: Dir. Leasing; FIRC Group; Responsible for leasing
of 3,000,000 s.f. of strip shopping center space to both majors and locals.
Hired, trained and directed a leasing staff of five and coordinated staff
with the leasing efforts of local center managers. Contributed to market
studies and company evaluation of development opportunities.
1983 - 1985: Dir. Commercial Marketing; The Engle Group;
The 2 brothers who own the largest home building firm in Palm Beach
County were developing commercial properties for their private investments.
When I joined Engle they were building a professional office building and
had plans for a strip center. My initial duties consisted of overseeing the
construction of both properties and the leasing of same. Additionally, I
was responsible for all operations (construction, leasing, TI coordination,
rent collection, physical plant maintenance) of all commercial properties.
1980 - 1983: Dir. Marketing & Leasing; The FIRC Group;
Reviewed all property and site submissions for economic and market viability,
managed an office complex, two shopping centers in excess of 150,000 s.f.
each, a mall, and directed the leasing efforts for all other properties.
Additionally, contributed to most corporate decisions as a member of the
inner management circle.
