Many companies charge a fee of at least several hundred dollars for processing documents required for a sale and/or a lease; e.g., contracts, addendums, disclosures, etc. This fee is in addition to any commissions that may be earned as a result of the transaction. The charge is referred to as a "Documentation Fee," "Documentation Preparation Fee", and/or similar wording. Further, many times you are NOT made aware of this fee until you go to the close.

Analar International Realty, Corp. is very appreciative of the commissions we earn. We do NOT charge our buyers anything for our services. And, the only fee we charge a seller is the commission agreed to in the listing agreement.
