Villa Capri Associates, Coral Gables, Florida; Brickell Bay Towers, Miami, Florida; Responsible for sales and rentals of these condominium conversions. In addition to sales and leasing I was responsible for the follow through in taking mortgage applications, follow up with banks, and set closings.
